Your response back to this post? Agree or disagree and why?

Migrants are people who move from their primary cultural context; changing their place of residence for an extended period. Voluntary migrants are migrants who choose to leave home to travel or relocate. Examples of voluntary migrants are Sojourners and immigrants. Involuntary migrants are those who are forced to relocate due to famine, war and political or religious persecution. Cultural adaption is learning the way people act, speak, etc in a specific location. I think voluntary migrants have a better experience with cultural adaption. Since they are planning to relocate they have more time to prepare versus involuntary migrants who are forced to leave. Although voluntary migrants may enjoy taking the time to culturally adapt (better experiences and attitudes towards adapting to a new culture, the involuntary migrants may adapt quicker to culture having no choice but to.
