A Canadian cheese dairy decide export to France a variety of traditional cheeses. The demand for these products is very high in this country and there are many economic opportunities. But, while he has discussed with a local distributor in France, he realized that the competition is very strong on French market because there are many local artisan cheeses. Added to this the cost of transport of the Canadian cheeses to France are very high. So, their price will be high comparing to the price of French cheeses.
