Please tell me how this is an incomplete question? The case is there, the date is there, the court is there. If you Google Katko v Briney, you will get a myriad of responses. I wanted to know what legal arguments can be used to support the position of Briney - who installed a spring loaded gun in an unoccupied farm house on his property to prevent trespassing.
