Kwatei Quartey is Ghanaian who has been resident in New York for past 30 years. He has saved an amount of $25,000,000 and he is planning to invest in Ghana following appeal by the president of Ghanaians staying abroad to come home and invest in the country. He is not sure whether to invest in agriculture or in the commerce.

He wants to know the tax implication of either of this propositions. Advise him on all tax implications. Your easy should highlight tax incentives in the form of tax holidays, tax exemptions and tax reliefs.
