Sally is an 80 year old female who presents with increasing shortness of breath. She has had a 5lb weight gain in the past 2 days. She has a past medical history of CHF, Aortic stenosis and HTN. NKA. She is currently on Lasix 40mg daily, KCL 20 meq daily, Lisinopril 5mg daily and ASA 81 mg daily. Vitals are as follows 98.4- 100- 22 140/80. Heart is regular and slightly tachycardic. Lungs have bibasilar rales. Lower extremities have 2 pitting edema.
