Janine Galeski is a 39 yr old female who presents with abdominal pain. She started feeling ill yesterday, had no appetite, did not eat dinner. Loose bowel movement yesterday evening. Pain started around 3 am, woke her up, first periumbilical, now lower, right >left, pain getting worse, was 3/10 at first, now 7/10. Had chills and felt hot this morning, took Tylenol, continues with chills. Took antacid last night and this morning, did not help.
