Lets say you are a medical assistant who has entered the room of a male patient who is presenting with difficulty urinating and pressure. You begin your questioning and ask about bowel movements and alcohol use. The patient becomes upset because he feels you are not helping by asking about nothing to do with difficulty "using the bathroom", and he doesn't understand some of the terms you are using. Describe how you would approach the patient's concerns while also explaining how these questions are useful to the practitioner. What condition could it be? Make an educated guess. Explain why you think your condition is the right one.
