B.A is a 67-year-old female presenting with a complaint of a headache. The headache has been present for close to three weeks now and is rated as mild to moderate in severity, and worse on the right side than on the left. She denies nausea or vomiting and is not sensitive to light or to sound. She reports some aching in her jaw with chewing. What brought her in was a painless episode of visual loss in her right eye that lasted about 10-15 minutes yesterday. She denies any blurred or double vision and just saw her eye doctor 2 months ago with no changes in her eye glass prescription; She had suffered from migraines in her 20's, but they were not at all like the current headache and she has not had any for many years.
