Record yourself presenting the history of present illness (HPI) for your clinical patient. In your presentation: Dress professionally with a lab coat and present yourself in a professional manner. Display your photo ID at the start of the video when you introduce yourself. Ensure that you do not include any information that violates the principles of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA). For example, do not use the patient name or any other identifying information. Present the full HPI on the patient. Include the seven (7) aspects of the HPI, pertinent patient history, and medications. Be succinct in your presentation, and do not exceed 3 minutes.
