• The presentation - including all the visual aids such as PowerPoint Presentations, slides, posters, or 3-D objects - is to be ready to be submitted on time.
• The presentation must be well prepared for and practiced, so your daughter/ son is able topresent confidently and as fluently as possible.
• The assessment of each presentation will be according to a specific rubric consisting of:

1) Public Speech Construction - Consideration of text type characteristics - Appropriate topic and selected content - Appropriate mode of topic development - Formation of a meaningful, comprehensible and integrated text

2) Self-Confidence - body language and eye contact - contact with the public - physical organization

3) Fluency of Language - correct usage - appropriate vocabulary and grammar - understandable - spoken loud enough to be heard by all the audience

4) Clarity of Idea - clear objectives - logical structure 5) Visual Aids - Transparencies. - PowerPoint presentation. - Audio, video, etc.
