Assignment - Project Procurement Management Discussion

Description - Write a minimum 2-3 page summary for each of the four sector-based peer reviewed articles/studies on diversity and inclusion you located in Week 2. Summarize each of the articles using the required guidelines below. Rely primarily on paraphrasing, not direct quotes. In scholarly or academic writing, paraphrasing an author's ideas is more common than using direct quotes.

For each of the four articles the following should be included:

Start with a full APA 7th citation of the article/study. Address each article/study separately.

1. An introduction for each article describing what the research is about. Tell the reader what the focus of the research is and state the hypotheses or research questions.

2. Identify the subjects/participants and the methods or procedures used in each study.

3. Present an overview of the measurement instrument used in each study.

4. Discuss the results of each study. Did the data support the stated hypotheses/research questions? Use the results and discussion section in each article for this.

5. Critique of the study. Specify what was done well and what could have been improved. Include the following in your critique:

Was the research valuable to the discussion and work regarding diversity and inclusion in the workplace?

Was the study practical/helpful to leaders?

Was the study done ethically? How do you know?

Should more research be done in this specific area? Why?
