Soop note for this patient HPI. In the past month, I have experienced intermittent chest pain. I have experienced chest pain when exercising, as well as when climbing the stairs at work. Food does not hurt him. Pain lasts for "a few" minutes, then disappears with rest. Denies radiation. He suffered 3 episodes in the last month, and they felt the same. In addition to his diagnosis of hypertension, he also confirms previous treatment for coronary artery disease. He has been prescribed Nitroglycerin to treat his chest pain. He has also been advised by his doctor to take regular walks and exercises. He has also been prescribed medication to manage his high blood pressure.
