Scenario:
Assume that you are a Project Manager for a major IT company, and you are preparing your annual Individual Development Plan (IDP) to present to your manager to go over your goals for the year. You have been in your current role for a year and held an advocate/mentor role where you oversaw and managed over 50+ consultants that went through a 12-week training bootcamp and were later given offers to move on the job with the client. Prior to that you were a Project Coordinator III for five years working on various projects that include Amazon Robotics, Facebook, One North, NTT Security, T.ROWE Price, and CDW.
