Preparing for the Crisis Communications Competency Exam

You will be given several documents for this exam that describe a crisis that a company is experiencing and that may have affected SeeMoji customers. You will be put in charge of writing an announcement for the SeeMoji company website that is accessed by customers. 

Among the documents will be the following:

• A description of the purpose of the announcement
• A list of facts that you may or may not choose to use in your announcement
• Information on the format your blog posting should take
• A timeline of events that occurred in the crisis
• A press release and article written about the events

To prepare for this exam, you should go back through the course and read everything posted about how companies should communicate during a crisis and the experiences both Domino's Pizza and the Susan G Komen organization had with their crises. You should also review the blog posts you have written for this class and the comments I have made on those in grading your documents.
