Question - In this Assignment, you will select either an informative or persuasive focus, and tell the story of the data. For this Assignment, you have the role of a communication consultant tasked with preparing a report on your choice of career, degree, or professional field. You will research the field you choose and present key elements to consider, such as possible employment opportunities and potential compensation. For example, if you chose the important field of health communication, you might explore what people do with a degree or emphasis in that area or profession to make a positive difference or promote social change.

If you choose to tell the story from an informational perspective, you'll present the facts and information in a way that makes it easy for the reader to understand.

If you choose to tell the story from a persuasive perspective, you may emphasize some job opportunities, skill sets, or preparation over others, for example. 

Select a degree, career, or professional field to research that interests you.

Research and gather information about that field, including trends, job opportunities, and potential compensation.

Inform (e.g. tell us all about the Communication degree) or persuade (e.g. why a Nursing degree is a best choice) the reader in both words and images, incorporating at least one graph, one chart, and one image in your report.
