Assignment - PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN

This assignment of Project Quality Management class, and it consists of 2 parts:

(1) Critical review of a research paper, and

(2) Preparing a quality management plan (QMP) for a project.

(1) Critical review of a research paper - You need to do the critical review of the research paper "Juha Kettunen A conceptual framework to help evaluate the quality of institutional performance". It must be 3 pages long.

(2) Preparing a quality management plan (QMP) for a project. The project is attached as a doc file "Project for preparing QMP".

Assume that the project charter for of the project has been approved, and you are required to prepare a quality management plan for the implementation of the project. You may make the required assumptions on the project constraints.

In preparing the QMP, wherever possible, you are required to apply the knowledge you have gained by reviewing the research papers.

Follow the template for the QMP which is attached.

This part of the assignment should be 3-4 pages long. Also, take a look at the textbook and lecture slides of the class of "Project Quality Management". This material is useful and can help you. Provide 5-7 references.
