In this regard, I believe that the quantities approach will help to establish the extent at which total quality has facilitated organizational development. Therefore, the proposed research approach is deemed to be quite relevant for the study as it will help in answering the research question.
Part 2: Selecting a Research Topic
After examining and researching various total quality issues in organizational management, I decided that the topic I would work on is “Analysis of the impact of total quality management in organizational development”. This is after noting that despite the topic of total quality receiving a significant level of attention from the academic and business disciplines, the impact of total quality management in organizational development is under-researched. I, therefore, see it necessary to undertake this research as a way of evaluating whether the application of total quality management in organizational strategies has a positive value. Furthermore, this study will in the long run help in stirring the interest of other researchers to investigate this issue on a deeper level.

There are various ways in which academic and business research differ. These differences occur mainly because of the different objectives pursued by the two types of research. Unlike market research, academic research has to incorporate literature review, employ reliable sources and evidence, and use a credible methodology which should be defended accordingly. On the other hand, business research places emphasis on timelines, check ethical clearance and ensure that the research generates outcomes that are actionable. Furthermore , results from business research are normally private and confidential to the client unless if they are for PR purposes. However, outcomes from academic research are supposed to be availed to the wider academic community.
For my research, I will prefer to employ a quantitative approach to complete my research question. According to Rasinger, (2013) a quantitative research approach endeavors to investigate the answers to questions such as how much, how many, to what extent, to what level, among others. My research topic is “Analysis of the impact of total quality management in organizational development ”.

I need it by Tuesday. Actually, Wednesday is fine I just need a rough draft summary or outline of the assignment along with the final assignment. I just need confirmation I will receive a summarized version of the final paper. Below is unit 1 work, don't worry about instructors comment. And yes you can draw on the data arbitrarily from your own and then utilize the same for the task. And for ppt you can copy and paste the data and also allocate some separate words.
