Your company is assembling product X1. It is composed of one each of two subassemblies: B and E. B is composeone component C and two subassemblies D. In addition, E is composed of two of component F.

The demand for X1 is 250 units in Week 4, 750 units in Week 6 and 250 units in Week 9.

a) Prepare the product structure tree for the product X1 and all of its subassemblies and components.

b) A partial MRP schedule is shown on the next page. Complete this schedule for the product X1 and all of its subassemblies and components. For product X1 and all of its subassemblies and components, at a minimum provide the following information:
