Gong-Auto wants to open a new repair shop in the region. They have already bought suitable land to locate the repair shop. They have identified the following activities as part of the project to set up the warehouse.
A. Obtain the necessary approvals from agencies to build the warehouse.
B. Identify a suitable contractor to build the repair shop.
C. While the identification of the contractor is ongoing, design the repair shop with inputs from employees and an engineer.
D. Construct the repair shop.
E. Order the fixtures, fitings and equipment for the repair shop so that they would arrive to coincide with the completion of construction (fixtures, fitings and equipment can only be ordered once the design is finalised)
F. Install the fixtures, fitings and equipment and commission the repair shop.
