The Assignment:
You are the Marketing Director for Outdoor Pursuits PLC. Working closely with Alex, your task is to prepare the final marketing plan for the new range of walking boots. You should directly apply the appropriate techniques, processes and knowledge gained from the module to the case study and you must clearly link the concepts learnt to the current situation. The report must focus on Outdoor Pursuits as they prepare to launch their products into the French market. The marketing plan should be 3,500 - 4,000 words and must include the following:
1. Introduction2. A Situational Analysis of Outdoor Pursuits PLC (SWOT)3. An Environmental Analysis of France (PEST)4. A Target Market Profile (market segmentation)5.
