As a member of the finance team, you have been asked to prepare the upcoming year organizational budget for your dietary department at Krona Community Hospital. After reviewing specific data, internal input, and external input from various sources, you find that the executive managerment team would like the gudget to reflect the following:
increase in revenu
reimbursement allocation for proposed improvements
increase in nurses' salaries
Prepare the annual operating budget that is broken out by department
make sure the budgets for each department are properly proportionate to the overall budget. (200-400 words)
The budget should be formatted to reflect the percentage incrase or decrease from last year's budget.
