Description:

This is an individual assessment. You will need to produce a 2,500 words report as described in detail in the scheme of work. Suppose you are an- outside the company- management consultant invited to critically evaluate company's structure, design and policy and recommend changes; also critically evaluate company's chartering policy and its attitudes towards new-buildings and second-hand ships. The company has to be evaluated within its market environment and its competitors.
