In preparation for your Virtual Capstone Defense, that will occur in Week 8. Your Defense presentation must be at least 15 minutes, but no more than 60 minutes. You will create a Power-Point Presentation of 10-20 slides for the Virtual Capstone Defense. You will also need to include your Speaker Notes in your Presentation.

You will create a slide(s) for the following sections of your Capstone: Title Slide, Introduction, Project Summary, Methodology, Project Plan, Project Risk Management, Team & Qualifications, Budget & Financials, and a Conclusion. Your presentation should be directed toward the audience that is relevant to this Project Proposal, i.e. internal stakeholder(s) or decision-makers that would approve or deny this Project Proposal.

You will submit your Power-Point Presentation under Week 7 before your Defense in Week 8 to receive feedback that may help you prepare for your Defense. Once you've submitted your Power-Point Presentation under Week 7, contact your Capstone Professor to schedule your Virtual Defense in Week 8.
