Presenting information in a quick, easy-to-read format is an important skill in workplace writing. Often there is so much information to wade through that it is hard to focus in on the key points that can be useful in making a decision. Over the past five years there has been a growth in the use of infographics.
Infographics distil large amounts of information and/or data into a report that is easy-to-scan and understand. This assignment requires you to make an infographic.
Using the research article, prepare a one-page infographic that presents the key findings from the research. You can use one of the online tools described in the blog or you can do your infographic freestyle. Both Word and Power Point have enough graphic function that you can create an infographic using them, however, it does take closer attention to layout and design than using one of the tools mentioned in the blog.

1. Capture the significant "need-to-know" points made in the article you selected. (Remember the point summary you posted in the discussion area)
2. Apply concepts covered on Slides from chapter 11.
3. Do online research to learn more about what makes a good infographic.
4. Apply solid visual design.
