What would you do if you were asked to prepare learning slides for a PowerPoint presentation for your boss, the HR Director, and you realize that some of the managers attending the presentation who are usually disruptive and never let her finish her presentation each time might have some other problems. In fact, you have some training in education, per se, and you notice that one manager might be a little ADD or ADHD, and other might have dyslexia (which he has hidden from others, but your professor looked at a memo he sent you in confidence and noticed that his writing style indicated the onset of dyslexia or he has had it for sometime -- which I have diagnosed a number of students by looking at their writing as they write like deaf students usually write in concepts and order in a different manner), and finally one manager that you know who is color-blinded (as his assistant told you at lunch). Wow, you have the "insider information" and you have a good idea how to "spruce up the Director's upcoming presentation", but you need her buy-in. How might you approach her with your ideas for change -- so you obtain her buy in?
