a. For application form redesign.

b. For adding new product to ecommerce.

c. For adding new suppliers to ecommerce.

d. For improved customer support services.

4. Software support service for companies that will buy this software will be provisioned.

5. Total cost to redesign this software will be sent to directors for approvals.

6. If approved, final design will be drafted, and on the basis of it, software development will happen.

7. If tested successfully, e-commerce software will be launched will new features. Use flow chart technique to communicate the business process.
