Each participant will be required to prepare and submit a concept application paper. As the name suggests, these will address the application of selected international business concepts to participants' respective organizations. For instance, you can choose to assess and evaluate the potential and growth possibilities for an existing product or brand in a specific foreign market. Focusing on a particular target market overseas (that is to be specified), you are expected to consider systematically key issues involved in the firm's international business plan including:

environmental, industry, and competitor analysis;

those external and internal factors that influence the firm's decision to initiate internationalization and/or develop international business activities further;

the type of competitive strategy that the company (should) pursue(s) to achieve positional advantage in the foreign market;

the degree of product adaptations required in penetrating the foreign market; and

the managerial, financial, and allied organizational issues that are important in the company's attempt to penetrate the overseas market.

There are no space limitations for CAPs. However, participants are encouraged to be precise.Moreover, theories might be included and you can write between 2200-2500 words
