As part of your new graduate program you are required to prepare and deliver a 25 minute in-service on mentorship to your fellow new graduates. During this 25 minutes you can use up to 10 minutes for activities or discussion.

The educator has given you the following advice about what you must do:

1. Make it interesting, engaging, relevant and practical - the last thing we want is for everyone to fall asleep or dismiss the importance of this topic

2. There is no limit on the number of slides you use

3. Make sure you reference at the bottom of each slide and provide a reference list at the end.

4. Present using these headings and in this order
