Imagine that you are working in the customer service department of a small bank. A recent customer survey has shown that a lot of customers are not happy with the service provided by the help desk which takes customer calls. Your manager asked you to review the performance of the help desk and make recommendations on how it can be improved.

In order to fulfil this duty, prepare an information report in letter format using the direct pattern of report writing.
