Farm2Home is a start up in retail space. They are providing fresh vegetables from farm to the doorstep of customer in least possible time. The company was established in 2019 June. Initial growth was in the range of 10% to 15%, month on month basis. From March 2020, the growth started moving up and around oct. 2020 it was over 40% month on month on increased base. (This was because of Covid). Due to severe demand for talent related to supply chain function, Farm 2 Home faced severe attrition. This has hampered their USP of fast delivery to maintain freshness of vegetables. Also increasing growth rate demanded more efficient systems in supply chain. The HR head of Farm2Home is seeking some analytics help. Prepare an approach note for him from HR analytics perspective.
