What to do:

You are to prepare an annotated bibliography consisting of TWO entries, each describing and critiquing a different paper in the KM literature.

The purpose of the annotated bibliography is for you to demonstrate your ability to read and evaluate the KM literature, and to present your critique clearly and concisely.

Your critique should not simply summarise the article, but should aim to highlight the main issues that the authors are addressing and show how they fit into the context of the KM literature.

You should also include your evaluation of the most useful aspects of the paper and any limitations. See the detailed instructions below.

The papers that you are to include are both available on My Unit Readings. They are: Boiral, O. (2002). Tacit knowledge and environmental management. Long Range Planning, 35, 291- 317.

Li, W. (2010). Virtual knowledge sharing in a cross-cultural context. Journal of Knowledge Management, 14(1), 38-50.
