Prepare an analysis report on the development, Launch and disappearance of a consumer technology or the demise of certain brand. The purpose of this analysis report is to quickly identify the most obvious gaps, evaluating the Business issue. Typically each technology/ brand would suffer from one or more of these problems.
- Declining sales and losses;
- Disclosures by the parent of the brand that it might go out of business;
- Rising costs that are unlikely to be recouped through higher prices;
- Companies that are sold;
- Companies that go into bankruptcy;
- Companies that have lost the great majority of their customers; and
- Operations with withering market share.

To make a case your report should address the following;
- Why? Was there a strategic purpose for the company to do so?
- How? Why?
