Below is audio transcript of boss sara to you: We have a problem that need to be fixed soon. So, last Friday printable (Customer) did not received their shipment and now it's Monday making it three days late. I don't know who's fault it is but until I found it I don't going to wait.
Printable is our most important customer and we can't make mistakes like this. So, Now I want you to first contact Printable and let them know we are fixing this issue and contact their executive assistant and apologies and make them know what we are doing to resolve this issue and fix it right away. Get them new shipment delivered and make sure they do get it by Wednesday. The last thing want you to do is let their shipping charge refunded to them and hopefully that can be done by Tuesday at the latest.
Give me a call right away to let me know you receive this message and u know what to be done now.
