Instructions:

1. Prepare a final report of the study that is about 2 pages, double spaced, excluding tables, charts, and graphs. Grammar and punctuation will count. The final report must include:
   • Introduction with the study question and summary of steps in the study and description of sample population.
   • Details of what was learned, supported with measure of central tendency or table, chart or graph. This should be related to specific items on the survey.
   • Conclusion with a focused answer to the study question, using numerical summaries, graphs and/or charts to defend and support your conclusion.
   • Complete survey results as an attachment to the report. This may be a copy of the survey with raw data shown with numbers or tallies.
2. Prepare a visual display or multimedia presentation to share results of the study. This must include:
   • The study question posed in a manner that engages the reader or audience.
   • At least four of the survey questions, with responses displayed using a variety of
     • tables, charts, or graphs
     • measures of central tendency
3. Answer to the study question, supported with data.
