Your plan should include:

a description of the target group including their technical skill level and experience

expected learner outcomes

support materials that would be used

required hardware/software

a carefully planned agenda for the 1-2 hour session.

Feel free to use online resources or materials you have found online for support materials, but you must give credit to the authors for this material.

You are not required to implement this training session, but you should be prepared to conduct this staff development session from the materials and plan you create.
