Task: Analyse Case 9 Starbucks Corporation, March 2018 from Grant (2018), discussing the following:
1. key features of Starbucks ‘external environment
2. Starbucks'strategic resources
3. Starbucks'competitiveness in this environment
4. Your recommendations
• What is missing?
• What would be innovative?
Report structure:
• Title page: name of the case, student name, date of submission
• Executive Summary: key findings
1 sentence describing situation
1 sentence about what you did
2-3 sentences about what you found
• Table of Contents: with section numbers and headings
• Introduction: summarise the case (about 1 paragraph) and point out the important case facts (indicate how the report is constructed). Include a segue to next section (connecting sentence).
