Your organization is aspiring to become ISO 9001:2015 certified. You are the management representative of your organization and preparing for ISO certification audit. You will chair the management review meeting. Create the following forms to retain necessary documented information. Prepare a sample record (retained documented information) of the minutes of the meeting of the management review held on Apr/08.

Part 2. Master List of Documented Information that you need to retain for ISO 9001:2015 certification
Part 3. Customer Satisfaction
Part 4. Conformity of Products
Part 5. Internal Audits
Part 6. Approval of External Providers
Part 7. List of Approved External providers
Part 8. Risks Assessment. Identify and assess four processes.

All the documented information and forms must be related to your organization and demonstrate the control of documented information.

The detailed answers must be specific to the situations related to your organization/company. Generic names, such as, ABC, or XYZ, etc., are not acceptable. Your organization's name must be unique; it should include your first name and last name. The effective date of your documented information is Apr/08.

For Effective Document Control, ensure:
o Unique identification
o Format structure
o Change and revision control
o Effective date
o Create, review, and approval
o Hard copy printing and distribution
o Electronic version distribution
o Control of obsolete copies, such as archiving and saving for references
