The following is the description of the assignment :
Part 1. Each student has to select a survey from the selected surveys in the model, the survey has to be related to one of our leadership theories that we learned in class. Add the following on your survey: Age, Gender, Education level, Nationality, and Sector Type)
Part 2. Each student will collect at least 25 surveys from 25 participants (leaders and managers that are working in UAE companies).
Part 3. Then, He/She has to combine his/her surveys into one Excel file, make their analysis and produce a final report that has the following contents:
· Introduction (related to the leadership theory, ½ page)
· Literature review (1 pages)
· Questions (2 questions related to your data)
· Data analysis (2 pages)
· Results (1 page to answer your questions)
· Recommendation (1/2 page)
