You will be analyzing change implementation, as your manager has requested you to prepare a presentation for an informational meeting with your team members. Specifically, your manager wants to be prepared to begin a change process, so he/she is requesting that you determine ways to assess and measure changes for proper implementation. Select a company to plan for change as an example organization for your presentation to illustrate your points. Using your selected company, design a presentation to theorize and defend how you would implement the change process within the organization.
