1) Write a brief-like document on the topic that you are going to do the research on during this course. It has to give information regarding what is the background situation, what is the problem you are trying to get solved/an answer to, what are your 3-4 research questions, who is the target group and what are your first ideas about how to put together a sample. Remember this has to be a quantitative project! Describe your data collection plan (it would be easiest to have it via online questionnaire).

2) Prepare a ppt report on "MR industry in selected country" (if there are people from several countries, agree on a country you want to write about). Your presentation needs to have the following parts: macroeconomic factsheet, any interesting facts about chosen country, situation of marketing research (trend in research investment), larger players (local vs international), what research services are offered, data sources.
