Overview
For your Leadership module project, you will prepare a Position Paper assessing the level of innovation and/or agility of your home organization's current state. The Position Paper must be written with your organization's leader as the intended audience (Commander, Director, etc.). You will also propose general solutions to improve the unit's level of innovation and/or agility.

Based on the concepts presented to you in the Leadership module, you will assess the level of innovation and/or agility of your home organization through the following lenses:

Innovation, Agility, and Lethality
Innovation and Agility within Organizational Structures Effective Onboarding and Training in Organizations Leading a Multi-Generational Workforce
The Reality of Change Management Leading an Agile Force
You must cover each bullet listed below (bullets are nestled under the lesson derived from). All of your claims must be based on credible sources.
