The impact of an entrepreneur's personality and background may depend upon which industry or markets they decide to venture into. The new "Upstart" entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley often had aggressive personalities and some education on design, before they created Airbnb and Uber; but they also needed other skills and financial resources in order to enter and grow in segments of hospitality or transportation industries in U.S. or abroad.

Meyer and Crane (M&C, Ch.1) suggest that new ventures are more likely to succeed if they are matched or based upon the founder's own personal background and experience, as it is applied to market opportunity in an attractive industry with potential to enter and grow. The assignment is to prepare a short 2 page outline of your own venture ideas.

Hi sir, This assignment related to the same assignment before the burger restaurant. Only one page. Other thing i talked to the professor about the burger restaurant he said it is good but when you start to write about how much it is going to cost you don’t put high numbers or a lot of customers because it should be a small business like a small burger restaurant.
