A Marketing Plan for Lawn Care "A landscaping Design Service"
My project: "All in Lawn Care" will offer regular services will be offered at a base with an additional per hour service charge determined by size of the job. The ideas for services rendered will be year round, and that I will purchase smaller equipment but rent the larger items in the first years of the launching the new service to ensure that I can generate revenue. With this in mind, I must focus efforts on ensuring that the company I created appears to have been in operation before.
Also, I plan to operate in Texas where lawn care is year round and possible down time is between December and January. Advertisement can be done through existing customers, referrals, and contract generated through advertising. My goal is to establish the area I'm currently in and expand into the market on HOA neighborhoods. With large owners and new development with HOA rules reaching new region covering new land reaching new customers. With it being a fictitious company, my thought is to use actual competitor's numbers and compare to the numbers that was made up for the landscaping company.
Listed below is what I have on my project. This week I needed to add the Current Market/Situation analysis (the structure/design of our company and operation, how competitors operate, to socio-economic factors we're up against (demographics); and the SWOT analysis). I would like some discussion on the analysis, and move forward with the focus on our Target market and positioning strategies.
