Point 2: In 2019 both the President and 1st Vice-President exercised one-half of their options because the market value of the shares was greater than the exercise price. Also in mid 2018 the 2nd Vice President left the company.
Point 3: On December 30, 2020, both the President and 1st Vice-President exercised three-quarters of their stock options, when the market price was $30.00 per share. The company has a December 31 year end.
