In this assignment, you are required to create a company in Canada. With a $100,000 budget only. Your job as a team is to prepare a full business presentation that will be provided for investors so that they can invest in your company.

Your presentation will be done in class time, could be done in person or online.

Presentation should include
Introduction - 10%
General Business idea, name, location, etc.
Full market research and analysis with the tools taught in class. (Must be real research with references) 30%
External and internal analysis.
Business level strategy (In detail, including market positioning, pricing, product offering, ....etc) 30%
Based on market research, indicate your business-level strategies. Must be aligned with SWOT and your market research findings.
Functional level strategy 10%
Financials - Break-even analysis - Growth projection for 5 years - 20%
