The CEO and Academic Manager have read your report of findings and made the following suggestions:

Task

Research and discuss the findings and any issues with relevant stakeholders the suitability of Monday.com and Moodle to meet the needs of the AWS digital strategy, address the staff issues identified, and meet the requirements of the IT policy one incentive that can be provided to students to encourage greater participation in the next student survey

1. Prepare a rough draft of your Digital Strategy Review Report based on your research and the stakeholder feedback received. In your review report, you must address the following in your report:

recommendations for addressing the improvement required (this is where you indicate whether Monday.com and Moodle are suitable solutions for AWS)
issues with gathering and interpreting data during the review, their impact on the review, and action to be taken to rectify this issue for the next review
source additional information required to clarify aspects of findings and issues

2. Prepare an email to the CEO to seek their approval for your final report. In the body of the email, you must:

briefly summarise the changes you have made based on feedback
seek stakeholders' approval to distribute the review report and implement the recommendations
