Rationale
Part of being a professional Exercise and/or Sports Scientist or Physiologist is the ability to critically review research evidence in order to ensure practice activities are evidence based. Much of the evidence base in sports science is now very biochemistry/molecular biology based. This assignment develops students' ability to review evidence to the level of critical literature review and further develops the students' professional written communication skills.

Task
Prepare a Confined Seeded Literature Review (More details on what this style of literature review involves will be provided in Week 1 Zoom lecture and associated online work).
