When the Donovan Insurance Company built its new building seventeen years ago, conventional office lay-out was used- many private offices with almost no open space. The board of directors recently approved an extensive remodeling project, resulting in the up-dating of the facilities. Before any decisions are made about the new layout, the vice president in charge of coordinating the renovation project has requested you, the administrative office manager, to determine whether or not landscaping is feasible. Exercise 1: Plan and prepare a business trip for Ms Anna. Use the 24-hour format Ms Anna is the Director of UEF company based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

Ms Anna and Mr Peter - Director's Assistant will have a business trip. She is going to attend three sets of meetings during the month of November 2022. Ms Anna will stay there until next Tuesday of the following week. While in Da Nang, she will meet Mr Alex, CEO of NEU Company to introduce new products of UEF on Saturday and Monday from 9 am to 4 pm each day in the Meeting room at Alex's company - 300 Nui Thanh stress, Hoa Cuong Bac ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang. Exercise 2: Plan and prepare a year-end party of UEF company to summary the past year and set new year goal. Furthermore, it is the chance to enhance enhance social interaction between employees, congratulate some on a job well done and instill a sense of employee pride in a company. Hence, Ms Anna want all 200 employees attend the party after a hard working year. Here are some main information about the event:
