Learning Outcome 2: Ensure the project bridges theory and practice
Learning Outcome 3: Integrate technology into learning environment
Assessment Three - Final Project Presentation
Context:
In the course of this subject the student will be responsible for bridging theory and practice while undertaking a substantial body of work above and beyond their normal employment duties. After specifying the project deliverables in Assignment one, and then status reporting on their attainment in Assignment two, the student will, at the end of the project, report on the project, its impact, what was learned during the project and how the project has complemented the student's learning journey.
Instructions:
At the end of the project, students will prepare a 15-minute final project presentation. The presentation would ideally be shot at the student's workplace and use various artefacts from the workplace to demonstrate the attainment of subject learning outcomes. In preparing the presentation, the student should be aware of the assessment criteria:
• effective structure of the presentation;
• appropriate use of artefacts;
• use of time and pace of presentation;
• degree of engagement; and
• content of the presentation.
