Preoperative Diagnosis: Burn scar contracture with hypertrophic and keloid scarring anterior neck.

Procedure performed: Excision of keloid and release of anterior neck (20 x 8 cm).

Anesthesia: General Estimated Blood loss: Minimal Indications for procedure: This 18-year-old male had very severe hypertrophic burn scar to his anterior neck region. He has a history of keloid formation. He has been successfully treated with an acellular dermal replacement in the past. Our plan today after release of his neck and excision of the keloid is application of integra to the defect on the anterior neck.
